For the first time since before your daddy and I have been married, we didn't go anywhere for Christmas!! We woke up at our own pace (sorta...Mommy and Daddy anxiously up at 5:30 to see what Santa had brought you; you boys slept until after 9!) and enjoyed a quiet morning together. Then Nenny, Papa Donnie, and Aunt Boo made a Christmas visit. Later in the afternoon, Paka, Zsu,Zsu, Tse-Tse, Kye, Larry, and Grandpa all came over for dinner and presents. And just like Thanksgiving, after the excitement of Santa, I took very few pictures this year, just being in the moment and soaking up the precious day (...luckily Tse-Tse, Kye, and Larry captured some great moments for us).
Our family is so blessed. I love the season of Christmas, celebrating the birth of Jesus Christ and all the hope and promise his birth brought this world. I pray you come to know, love, and recognize all that Christ has done in your lives, Little Boys. You may only be two years old, but already He has worked incredible miracles in your life.
