Snow Days!

This week we had three snow days - which meant I didn't go to work at all this week! We had a blast enjoying our first official snow days from work. We crafted, took mid-day baths (a big treat for your water guppies), made snow cream and got to watch Mickey Mouse, and had some fun playtime. It's hard not to get a little stir crazy during winter, especially since you boys love being outside so much. So, we have to get creative with how we spend our days so that it doesn't get too monotonous.

But, all activities aside, one of my favorite moments this week was one of the most simplest. Ryan, you woke from your nap much too early. I was able to sneak you out of the room without waking Wiley. You and I had a rare and precious forty minutes of alone time snuggled in my bed. Once Wiley woke up, I brought him into my room too. The reunion between you two was adorable. "Wy-eee!!" you yelled as if you hadn't seen him for days. You both instantly began hugging, kissing, and giving unprovoked high fives. This went on for a few minutes. It was so genuine and sweet. The highlight of this snowy week, by far.
